- Although KC was a blast, there were some downers. I felt terrible most of the weekend which really put a cramp on my baby-holding. :( Then Molly woke up Sunday morning and started vomiting. Freddie had a fever and was out of it. When we got home, Tyler vomited. Seriously, he got out of the car and whooshhhhh, all over the garage floor. And then more, but I'll spare the details. We are all better, or almost...

Poor Freddie, but his Dad helped
make him feel all better. |
- As Mitch was giving Ty a bath, I heard Ty say, "No, Dad. Leave the cup there. It spill, I say I sorry." Mitch tried to tell him it didn't work that way, but there is no reasoning with this kid!
- "Mom. You smell, take shower. Me hold your phone." Oh my little friend.
- I almost stepped on Ty's hand as he was laying in the hallway on my phone (I took a shower). ;) I told him, "Whoa, I almost got your hand." He looks at me and sternly says, "Mom. Say sorry, now." What's a Mom to do?? I said sorry.
- I was driving and Ty looks behind us (as best he can in his car seat) and says, "Mom, go fast! Monster Truck is coming. He gonna get us." I think we watch too many cartoons...or his imagination is crazy.
- Monday morning: "Mom, Grandma Wheat coming today!!!" I tell him that she will be here on Saturday for wrestling, today is Monday, so not yet. "No, Mom. Grandma Wheat is coming now. She almost here." I tried again, but it was useless!
- Tuesday morning: "Mom, Grandma Karen coming today!!! Almost here, I think. I go look." I tried to tell him Grandma Karen on Wednesday, and today is Tuesday. Again, no use trying.
- On our way to school, Ty looks at me, very seriously, and says, "Mom where are my fruit snacks?" Um...I guess I forgot school and fruit snacks went hand in hand?!??
- "Mom, turn on the TV. Now." Well, when you put it that way, Love: NO!
- "Hey Mom. <insert sweet smile> Juice. In sippy cup." It wasn't a question.
- A little before 5:00am I hear the patter of little feet running into our room. Ty gets to my side of the bed and says, "Mama, the dragon got my blankie." Must have been a crazy dream. As a side note, he was holding his blanket.
- Although the little man, Tyler the Terror, can be a turd, I will say he has pretty good manners (usually) and that makes my heart very happy!! He is a sweet little man. I don't know what I (or Mitch!) would do without him. Okay, enough sappiness.
- A few parting pictures:

Now that we are all <hopefully> better, I will get back to the weekly schedule! Have a wonderful week!!
